Immersed in the magical atmosphere of Isola Maggiore, an ancient fishing village in the heart of Lake Trasimeno, a sky land with an exclusive garden.
The property consists of an entrance hall with a storage room and a basement on the ground floor; on the First Floor we find a large and bright open-space with fireplace and large open kitchen, also extended to the under stairs with an impeccable taste, and then go up to the second floor with a solid wood staircase where we find two double bedrooms, a comfortable wardrobe wall and bathroom; the top floor of the building is the attic (about 40 square meters) which needs to be insulated.

Isola Maggiore is one of the three natural islands of Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria.
It is a fraction of the municipality of Tuoro sul Trasimeno in the province of Perugia. The island has 15 inhabitants and an area of ​​24 hectares, enclosed in a perimeter of 2 km. The island is connected to the mainland by a ferry service to the towns of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Passignano sul Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago. The town is located in the western part of the island, stretching from the pier, along the main via Guglielmi. A dense network of paths runs through the entire island, finding a scrub of olive, holm oak, pine, cypress and other Mediterranean varieties. Although the name is misleading, the island is not the largest on Lake Trasimeno. In fact, in descending order of surface, we find first the Polvese, then the Maggiore and finally the Minore.
