Once the property has been identified, we will proceed with the completion of a "Purchase proposal", where the fundamental details of the purchase will be indicated:

To which a non-transferable check will be attached to the property owner. The proposal may be accepted or not. If the proposal is not accepted, the check will be returned to you and you will decide whether to make another proposal or give up proceeding. Instead, in case of acceptance of the proposal, you can go directly to the notary deed or pass to the "Compromise", with the payment of a second deposit (an advance on the sale price, which is usually 10-20% of the amount of the property you are buying) and payment of registration fees.
